Terms & Conditions Our Internet merchant provision is through SecureTrading to ensure that whenever you use our site you have peace of mind that your transaction and personal details are safe. All stock is sold subject to availability, any stock shortage will be resolved quickly. The Leather and Sheepskin Company observe the code of practice covering the use of personal data under the Data Protection Act 1984 and subsequent articles of notification to the Information Commissioner. Delivery Stock permitting, all orders placed by mail order or via the web site are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receipt, to arrive with our UK customers within 3 days. Our online payment processing facilities utilise SSL technology to ensure that your information remains private and security is never compromised. Returns The Leather and Sheepskin Company is confident that you will be impressed by each and every one of the products that you purchase from us. However, in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item we will refund you in full following receipt of the items at our base (in the original packaging wherever possible). We do not operate a free returns policy and therefore the responsibility for the cost of return postage and any insurance that is necessary rests entirely with the customer. We cannot be held responsible for transit loss of any items being returned. To assist us in processing your replacement or refund please download and complete a returns form and enclose it with your products. Products Every effort has been made to ensure that the product descriptions describe the items accurately to enable you to make an informed choice. Colour reproduction and the quality of our images is excellent. However, our products are made from natural elements and it is possible that a slight variation may occur between the image and the actual product. Order Tracking As stated in our delivery policy we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt. If, because of high demand for an item, we experience a temporary stock shortage you can track the progress of your order through our systems by using your order number so that your expectations of delivery are realistic.
